This Documentation page feature, at the Nested Page level, can be used to add an image anywhere in the right-hand panel.
Example demo
An image has been added (through New Image) to Nested Page 2 of this demo, after the Text Area. If you add an image this way, the image cannot be assigned a fixed size, but the image size adjusts to fill the entire right panel.

Click on the New Option button to add items in the list. For each option you need to add Text, and you can add a Label which displays only in the authoring interface.

There are no Language Options for this feature.
Further information
You can also add images from the text editor, set their size and have them aligned with text, but they display better if added through the New Image feature.
