Xerte has very good keyboard accessibility with all features and functions accessible by tab, space bar and arrow keys.
Different browsers may behave differently with different pages so if you find a problem we've not yet spotted please report it to the Accessibility part of the forum.
Xerte is designed to be as accessible as possible to end users and many Xerte page types are accessible to screenreader users but it varies with the page type, the screenreader and the device the objects are viewed on.
Most page types are compatible with screenreader technologies.
Xerte offers many benefits for learners with dyslexia these include:

* a range of colour and font options
* a wide range of page types designed for use with rich media
Benefits for visually impaired people include:
* the font size on Xerte objects can be optimised on creation (when the author sets the default size).
* the user can choose different font sizes (5 on the Flash output, many more via browser settings on the HTML5 output).
