Unable to upload images

Definitely a cookie issue... but why...

5 days ago Media & Quota wasn't playing ball and ow it is... perhaps we've inadvertently fixed something...

Upload is reporting "You are not logged in" on last upload uol-bioset.com/xerte/modules/xerte/engine/error.txt

Youtube video though looks like Chrome is being used, which shouldn't have the Flash Cookie bug...

OK. Give me an hour-ish and i'll re-write edit.php/upload.php to just pass cookie data and re-build the cookie in upload for EVERY browser. I think it's a Mac thing, as it was Mac Safari last time... although strangely I don't see it in any Mac browser...

Can you unzip this file and drop it in /xerte/modules/xerte/engine/ on your server and then give uploading a try and report back? We're nearly there

Same as before, I can upload via Properties but not via the Insert menu.

Hmm.. do you know your Admin login details for the server? Can you go to /xerte/management.php

Look under the Site tab, scroll down to the "Xerte Settings" section and press "Show"

What does it say in "The flash upload path is " box?

The "flash upload path is" box has no value set:
upload.php?path=

No that's exactly what it should say:

upload.php?path=

But for some reason it is not being called... you can test by going to

uol-bioset.com/xerte/modules/xerte/engine/parameters.txt

You'll see that i've put that test in there by executing:

uol-bioset.com/xerte/modules/xerte/engine/upload.php?test=test

Try changing the parameter and going to paramateres.txt again...

Then try uploading a media file. parameters.txt should show something like this:

So upload.php is never being called... Can you try uploading some media in the wizard one last time?
