Hi Tom

Thank you for the suggestion regarding the permissions of the import folder. I have checked, and the folder has been made writable for the user running the webserver. I used the icacls command to confirm the write permissions on Windows.

To recap:

The import folder is located at C:\laragon\www\module1.
I have verified that it is writable by the webserver user.
Xerte itself is functioning properly, but the upload/import issue persists with the error message:
arduino
Copier le code
dUnzip2: Trying to unzip a folder name 'module1/media/'.
File transfer has failed.
Could there be another folder or setting I need to check?

Thank you again for your guidance!

Best regards,
Imed

If you go the management page, in the section Site->Path settings->The import path is where the import path is. That path needs to exist, and it needs to be writable.

Hi Tom,

Thank you for your suggestion regarding the import path.

We have verified that the specified import path exists and has the necessary write permissions. To ensure everything works correctly, we tested the import functionality:

We created a new project.
Exported it as a deployment zip.
Deleted the project from Xerte.
Re-imported the same project using the zip file.
The import process completed successfully without any issues.

This confirms that the import path and permissions are properly configured. However, the initial issue with uploading remains unresolved.

Do you have any additional suggestions or areas we should investigate?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
Imed

Now you lost me. So import works. So I do not understand the original issue? Aren't you trying to import a project?

Voici une réponse adaptée à envoyer à Tom :

Subject: Clarification on the Import Issue

Hi Tom,

Thank you for your response. To clarify, the issue seems to be specifically related to projects created with Xerte 3.12 before we installed the newer version of Xerte.

While we successfully tested the import functionality with a new project, we are encountering problems when trying to import older projects from the previous version.

Thank you for your assistance!

Best regards,
Imed
