importing institutional theme - missing icons on footer

Hi All - I have imported an institutional theme made using the Xhibit app - however the icons on the footer are missing once I go to play the xerte . Any ideas how to fix ? . On the page documentation they list know issue with Safari and internet explorer but I was using Chrome - Thanks Sian
