When you load the management.php are you presented with a login request?

Can you try a different browser (or restart the current browser)

tried Chrome and a new instance of Firefox but got the same.
Yes I'm presented with the login request and I enter as admin when I get that screen in the screenshot.

Are you using https?

As far as F12 to see errors, I am not that savvy.
