Is this a machine at a provider, or a server of your own. If your own server, what distibution?

Hi Bernard,

When you say "after the basic check", does this mean that you have not yet been able to complete setup? Have you gone to /setup and gone through the stages which check permissions, settings etc? What is the URL at the top on the page that fails?
