Xerte is already translated into Polish, but it's not ready to download yet, to add it to your own installation. This month the package (and more new language packages) will be available via the Xerte Community website.

I now about that. On github I have project XOT with Polish lang [ from XerteTrans ]. I have hope, that you can add more than one translator to one lang.
