How do I get the status (as circled in the attached screen) ?

This is resolved. To show the status line to incorporate the message 'You have completed your quiz' and to display the completion status of the questions, do as follows:
At the LO page, opt for the 'Judge Questions' - this will provide the completion status to the questions. Opt for 'Show Feedback' and type in a description for the 'Feedback' column eg 'You have completed the quiz'.
