I want to include HTML examples in the Xerte text content but it keeps treating it as HTML rather than text. Is there an easy way of stopping Xerte from treating the code as code?

Try any of the following:
<xmp>Wrap your code between </xmp> tags.
Or put your code inside <textarea></textarea> tags.
Or Convert all your ‘<‘ and ‘>’ to ‘&lt’ and ‘&gt’ respectively
