Interactive Video > Overlay Panel > New Embed XOT Project

This item embeds a Xerte (XOT) project in the Overlay panel, synched with the video in the Media Panel.

Page	The number of the page in the Xerte project that you want as the “landing page”	Number
Hide	Here you have the option to hide the header or footer of the Xerte project, or both {None/Header/Footer/Both}	Drop- down	Hide the footer, if you only want the learner to access one page in the project.
Synch Point	The point in the audio or video (in seconds) when you want the Xerte project to start displaying.	Number
Pause Media	Pauses the audio or video until the learner starts it again	Tick box

Optional Event	This adds an extra stage in the process. When the video arrive at the synch point, it pauses and an icon appears in the place where you positioned the hotspot. When you click on the icon the pop-up appears.	Tick box
Optional Event: Hotspot	Choose what you want to include with the icon {Icon and Tooltip/Icon and Label/Icon only}.	Drop-down
Optional Event: Icon	Use the icon picker to choose a suitable icon design.	Icon picker
Optional Event: Background Colour	Choose the background colour for the icon.	Colour picker
Optional Event: Icon Colour	Choose the icon colour.	Colour picker
Optional Event: Size	Choose the size of the icon.	Number	Default - “7”
Synch Point: End	Sets a point (in seconds) at which the new text disappears.	Number

You can also add a New XOT Page Change. This enables you to synch another point on the video with a different page in the XOT project.
