I would love to but as mentioned earlier, the 'Attachment' feature on this forum is not actually uploading any attachments (I had a screenshot prepared for my original post)

[this is regarding the posting up of attachments onto this forum and NOT about my original post!]

I'm going to send two files to John Smith (moderator).
Browser: Google Chrome (latest stable version)

I don't know if it is related but I also get an occasional 403 http status code when clicking Edit after posting.

OK, I suspect that this is again related to the paths problem that you were experiencing earlier... The first button shouldn't be greyed out and the white pane should not be empty - the top 2 buttons are disabled as the xml files have not loaded

The easiest way for me to see your wizard settings is:

Right click on the header between the 2 logos at the top of the wizard and select View Source or whatever it is in your browser). Scroll to the bottom and copy+paste the bit right at the end that starts something like:

The paths there I suspect are wrong...
