1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check

OK if it is a test server (and only a test server !) please try to use the root account (NEVER do that under production environment).
SQL is sometimes a bit tricky to understand.. not only read/write/modify the database, XOT should also have scheme roghts as far as i remember...
Root account has all rights !
As you can read here, i hardly suspect an issue regarding DB rights ....

I found this on another kind of software forum :
The 1064 error normally indicates a version difference in Mysql. Can you show us on or two queries from your file, one starting with 'CREATE TABLE'.

So the strange thing is that it would be related to your MySQL version.

I don't know if that makes sens to you ?
