button navigator, text also left and richt

When using the Navigator Button, I often use two tabs. The first for the question and the second for the explanation, such as a chart or an image. Now I can only the text above or below that put chart or image, and the user must scroll often, certainly for a widescreen display. I would like to include here, especially if I use a Panal Width window, the text left or right to see which placed the user does not need to scroll.
Could that be arranged?

Probebly this is also something you can change using the new editor....
