Hi, thank you for posting this solution.

However this should have worked. What OS and which webserver are you using? We would very much like to be able to fix this issue without compromising security.

!3.10 is not LTS... Are you sure it is this version? 13.10 is EOL.
I would check twice and make sure to use a real LTS version, preferably 16.04 (the latest LTS)
