Javascript needed local performance using IE

When I upload files created with XOT and watch them online, it works fine.
When I unzipped the same exportzip in a local folder, start IE and want to open the same IE index.htm, it takes a while before anything happens and the message: This Learning Object requires JavaScript! . Using firefox it works well.
How to fix this problem.

Can you take a look in the IE console ( msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg589530(v=vs.85).aspx ) and see if there are any errors. If possible take a screenshot of any errors that appear and attach to this Forum post and we'll take a look.
