20i.com hosting Xerte - not fully working

Hi - I hope you can help. I subscribed to 20i.com for their one-click Xerte installation, set up myself as a user to import Xerte resources and create new ones from that site.

However when I select Workspace and the properties icon I get a popup saying 'Not found: the requested URL was not found on this server' - the requested URL being my website address/workspace properties.

Similarly, if I attempt to create a new Xerte resource using a template I get the same message, this time the requested URL being my website address/edithtml_2

I attempted to register the server with the Xerte community but got the attached message

Can anyone assist?

I am sorry Paul, but I've got no idea what causes this or how to fix it. The Xerte community does not create one-click installers, so I simply don't know what it does.
