Adding templates to XOT

The reference to blue and black here isn't really templates it the difference between the two players or engines available with XOT. The player with the default blue interface is the original Flash player/engine. The default black interface is the newer HTML 5 player/engine.

For any LO based on the main XOT template you can set which player to use under that LO's properties e.g. toggle between the two options Flash or HTML/JavaScript via LO properties.

Look for templates under the installation directory is not the right way to go about this.
With XOT 2.1 installed you should see 3 project templates:
1. the main XOT template
2. the site/bootstrap template
3. the rss template

You should certainly see 1. & 3. by default. If you don't see 2. login in to the management page and check that the template is set to be active and to which users. * means everyone.
