I already test Xerte 3.6 integrated with Moodle 3.5 in a test environment using HTTP.

My Moodle production site use HTTPS, Do I expect any issues with Xerte using HTTPS?

No, you should not. Easiest is to make sure you have https setup prior to running setup.
