Can't set Xerte up

I've downloaded xampp, put the unzipped xertetooklits folder into htdocs, but cannot set up the localhost part, to open Xerte. I had a similar problem a while ago, and someone suggested the URL for windows 10 is slightly different. Is this still my problem? Need advice, please ...

Depends a bit where exactly you unzipped the xerte online tollkits package.

If it's really in the htdocs folder, then the url should be http://localhost

If it is in a folder in htdocs as the manula suggests, then it's http://localhost/xertetoolkits, where xertetoolkits is the name of your folder.
