Sharing Learning Objects with Server

Hello,

I'm struggling to install XOT on my web hosting, and I am not sure have the right permissons to do so at all.
If I can't install XOT on a server, how else could I share LOs? My ideas so far are to put a maxos file one a file sharing site and provide the link to that?

Does my LO have to be on a sevver for me to use it in moodle?

You can export your LO's from XOT to a Scorm Package (Zip format). Then upload these in Moodle. It's the simplest way to go about it. Since you'll need an LMS to help you keep track of Quiz score and if a learner has viewed LO's

XOT only has to be on your Moodle Server if you want to use LTI features. To keep things simple you can export Scorm Packages.
