How to place text ABOVE in Interactivity Hotspot Question page?

Hello,
in the Interactivity > Hotspot Question page type, there's the option to align text either LEFT or RIGHT. Why isn't there a way to align it TOP or BOTTOM? like, say, in Media > Advanced Image page type?
This is an issue for me because (depending on the size of the image and the amount of text), the text can then spill out making it unsightly in mobile version (see figure below)
Is this something that I can overwrite using 'Styles' (the optional property)? If so, anyone care to share what the CSS code would be? Many thanks!
