Hi Guys,
I have saved (1 developed by myself and 3 sent from another user) 4 projects. They're all saved as Archive.Zip, however, when I try and import them back into Xerte (had issues with my laptop and needed to re-install) I just get a grey screen with a turning icon (loading) in the middle. It just sits there and won't do anything with all 4 projects.
I can play my project via the play icon, but the supplied projects just show the main page but won't navigate.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong or what I can do to import for editing? This is very important as our sub contractor is going to be supplying us with 50 to 60 Xerte developed CBT's which we may need to edit to update.

I've attached a screen shot of the grey screen.

Many thanks,

Andy

Hi Andy.

The screenshots are not good enough.

1st.- The 3 projects sent by another user: how did they backup the files? Did they do the process correctly?
2nd- Try on another computer.
3rd. Try one by one (importing).

Let me know!
