How to set the toolbar on by default? a été créé par slls
When I edit a page I always turn on the toolbar. Is it possible to switch this on by default? Now I have to put a checkmark each time or click on the "expand toolbar" arrow.

No you cannot. There is no provision to store user preferences.

You could consider to change the default, but this is a system wide default.

change line 29 of editor/js/toolbox.js from

to
