customising the colours and adding a logo in Xerte

Hi,

I'm new to Xerte and would like to use the desktop version to create a more customised look rather than using the online toolkits. I'm happy with most of the templates at the moment like the quizes and hotspots you can get online, but I would like to change to colour of the bar at the top/add my college's logo. Is this possible? If so, please could someone link me to a tutorial on how to do this?
