Queries about Xerte's evaluation capabilities

Hi all,

I wondered whether anyone might be able to help me with a few queries about some free online educational resources that my organisation are working on for school teachers.

We want to add the resources to an online platform, potentially Xerte which was recommended to us, but I just had a few questions about the platform. These are:

1. Can you track each teacher's usage and downloads (for reporting to donors on the reach and impact of the projects)?
2. Are you able to correspond with the users who access your resources (e.g. send them all a message reminding them to do a feedback questionnaire)?
3. Can Xerte resources be accessed by users external to one’s organisation i.e. the general public?
4. Can you set up a login function (username and password) so we are able to securitise the resources?

Xerte is an authoring tool and not an LMS. I think that you are searching for an LMS when I look at your questions. If not then please let us now.
