Correct / incorrect answer feedback

Is it possible to give the Categories and Sortable Grid page types similar feedback options to Matching Texts? Then I would be able to give specific feedback for all wrong answers, feedback for all correct answers, and feedback to show {i} out of {n} correct answers. Perhaps feedback for not completing the exercise as well.

Without this, it's not possible to give learners any specific written feedback or directions. I'd like to be able to ask learners to try again if they get answers wrong, and congratulate them when they get them all right.

unfortunately the short answer to this is no this isn't currently possible with those page types.
It would be possible for a Xerte developer to add additional options to those page types but that would be quite a lot of work and then obviously require a new release too.
Depending on what version you are using the categories page does have an option to display You have placed {i} out of {n} labels correctly but it doesn't currently have all the options available in the matching texts page.
