Popup window size

I would like to change the size of my popup window to 1024x600. How can I do that?
Also, how can I set the default size to full width when the popup opens i.e. opposite to default behaviour?

By default XOT template projects are 800x600. You can change them to fill the window they are in by changing the 'display mode' option in the editor to 'fill window'.

Alternatively you can use the 'fixed display size' optional property to change the default fixed size, e.g. to 1024x600

2. When I set fixed display size to 1024px width a part of the window doesn't show in the 800x600 popup window, so this doesn't help much. Can I change this default 800x600 popup size?

I suppose you mean the preview popup window, i.e. the popup window that appears when you press 'Play' in the editor. Correct?

First of all, that popup window is only shown and used when previewing the LO from the editor. So that size is never actually used when shared with learners.

Having said that, you can change the size in the following file:
modules/xerte/templates/Nottingham/Nottingham.info (preview size)


You would have to edit that file after each major update
