Translate the interface to Turkish

Hi,
Xerte is very useful for producing some educational materials. We want to use this in our schools and translated it to Turkish for our students and teachers. . Translation works include the language xml files but not within the interface. How we can translate the interface to Turkish ?

There is a webbased tool to do that, but bare with me. I get more requests for doing this, so I'll write up a howto artice first (this weekend) and then come back to you.
