script in title of the page

Regularly I put a code in the source of the title of a page.
Every time I open that page, there appears blank lines before and after the script:

first time:
<p style = "text-align: center;"> section Connectors: <span style = "color: # FF0000;"> <strong> Hotspot Connector </ strong> </ span> </ p>

next time I open the page and the source of the title:
<p> & nbsp; </ p>
<p style = "text-align: center;"> section Connectors: <span style = "color: # FF0000;"> <strong> Hotspot Connector </ strong> </ span> </ p>
<p> & nbsp; </ p>

next time I open the page and the source of the title:
<p> & nbsp; </ p>
<p> & nbsp; </ p>
<p style = "text-align: center;"> section Connectors: <span style = "color: # FF0000;"> <strong> Hotspot Connector </ strong> </ span> </ p>
<p> & nbsp; </ p>
<p> & nbsp; </ p>

and so on.

It also happens in the Learning Object Title and the tiles of other pages.
