Content View Blocked

Hi all:

Problem description:
1 - We use Moodle 2.8.1
2 - We have updated a xerte file that was produced in 2010
3 - This update was made with Xerte_2_18_setup
4 - When we try to see the file in moodle, process is "frozen" in the progress bar (see attachement)

Do you know how can we solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

Does it work if you run it locally: forget moodle for a moment, take that out of the picture,

What do you mean to run it locally? When I click on preview from the Xerte_2_18 editor, it runs.
