V3 beta: login button label

Hi,

Using a version 3.0 beta from a few days ago I see that the 'login' button label (in English) now says 'Sign in'. However, once logged in (or signed in), we then have a 'Logout' button displayed. This seems a little incongruous. I would suggest that it should either be 'Login/Logout' or 'Sign in/Sign out'.

One file left out: languages/en-GB/index.inc

At version 3.0 this too contains 'Sign In' and appears on the login page. It too should be changed to say 'Login'.
