navigation and title bar issues

Hi

Please can I check if the issues we are experiencing with our new Xertes... (the navigation not displaying properly, getting stuck on a particular Xerte page, plus the central text aligning too far to the top of the page so that it is obscured under the title bar)
....are the ones referred to in this post and can be fixed with this change to our set-up?

Actually I think we have already applied this fix:

Our old Xertes are working ok, but not any subsequent ones that we create.

Your example plays fine for me in IE10 but yes looking at the source your file is pointing to cdn.mathjax.org/mathjax/latest/MathJax.j...eX-AMS-MML_HTMLorMML and especially as you are using https for your installation it should point to //cdn.mathjax.org/mathjax/latest/MathJax.js?config=TeX-AMS-MML_HTMLorMML e.g. without the http://

It looks like someone has updated your install but mistakenly included the http://
