Error uploading SCORM package xerte 3.13

Hi, we are having problems (error uploading SCORM package to ultra). The error is 367e2adfc8462dae982162f68 Anyone know why this might be happening? Thanks, Aideen.

that doesn't sound like a Xerte specific error code but a few suggestions to narrow down where the problem lies:
Create a very simple XOT project even just a quiz on it's own and no media.
Make sure the project plays correctly from Xerte and make sure you click publish before exporting.
Export as SCORM 1.2 and 2004.
Try importing both separately into Blackboard.
I think both export options should work in Blackboard.
