One of our colleagues is having an issue with Xerte where she is unable to see her projects (see the attached screenshot). Despite clearing the browser cache and even installing a new web browser, she continues to see the 'loading' message.
We are trying to understand why this is happening and would appreciate any assistance.

please get your learning technology or IT team to contact me directly. I support your installation but will need to liaise with them to gain remote access to resolve the issue.
