Download option for Interactivity:Opinion page type

Hi All,
my institution has Xerte 3.10.
I noticed that for our Interactivity:Opinion page type, there's no "download" button. And I'm also missing lots of page-type specific properties.
I know the current Xerte is at 3.12, but I think the Download functionality has been there a while (based on the documentation)

Is this something I need to "turn on"?

The documentation is really up to date.

The download button has been added in 3.11:

I guess I was a bit confused by the documentation, because in the Properties, the documentation was referring to "disable download" as "disable printing" for v3.11 and earlier. So I thought "and earlier" would mean 3.10 as well....
