issues with 3.10 / 3.11

Hi,
I am still in an early stage of getting a grip on xerte and I have come across some issues I was not able to solve on my own.

*Installation details*
- XAMPP v3.3.0
- Xerte 3.10 and Xerte 3.11
- Browser(s): Firefox & Chrome
- OS Windows 11

*Issues 3.10*
- I was not able to delete any newly created Learning objects of type "XerteOnlineTookit"
- I was not able to delete folders even when they were empty
- Learning objects and folders would suddenly show up in a different order
- I could not change the order of Learning objects of type "XerteOnlineTookit"

*Issues 3.11"
After a clean install (delete both folder & database) I would get the following:
- On mainpage (localhost/xertetoolkits/) Project Details & Project headers are not shown correctly
- When creating a new learning object left, center and right panels are empty
- When clicking on play or publish page hangs forever

*Tried the following without success*
- Complete re-install
- making folder htdoces and subfolders writeable for everybody (which I wouldn't do on production"

Any ideas what might cause the issues?

Which version of PHP are you using?

Could you send a screenshot of what the Project retails and headers look like? This could be caused by using a different URL, than is specified in the siteurl columns of the sitedetails table in the database (One of the first items during installation on the large page with all the settings)

PHP version 8.1.6 (comes with XAMPP 3.3.0)

After a complete restart the issues now seem to have disappeared. Sorry for the hazzle.
