Thank you Inge for taking time to test the Xerte, I am grateful you did that.
We are on Xerte 3.8.
When I click on the link you sent to me Inge, I get an error 505 (attached).

Although the Xerte does work for you (which is positive) unfortunately the Xerte does not work for me, and we still have this issue.

is there a bug fix?

Thank you for re-sending the link which does now work. It is interesting to see the successful result that you get.

We are about to have 3.9 installed, so that may possibly fix our problem.

But at the moment, we still continue to have the problem so I have referred to Ron in an offline conversation, as Ron supports us directly.
