Problem duplicating resource

We have a user who can't seem to duplicate resources. When she does, nothing will load - the editor window will load completely blank, as will the project when played or previewed. When you look at the console, it says that data.xml wasn't found. I've attached an image of the editor window she sees (so, not an empty project, just a project that won't load).

I have tried giving her a copy of a resource (which she can access fine) then getting her to duplicate it, which comes up with the error. I can duplicate the same resource without any issues.

Any ideas?

a few questions:
1. Can the same user create new projects and edit them? e.g. is it only duplicating that isn't working for them or other steps too?
2. Does the duplication issue apply to all project types or just one? e.g. XOT and Bootstrap or does one duplicate but the other doesn't?
3. If the user can create a simple one page project from scratch does that duplicate or does that fail too?

I suspect the issues for this user might not be limited to duplication and it could be username related again. Probably best to get it added to your internal ticketing system and then forwarded to me direct or via Jin.
