Dear,

@ work, we use Cornerstone on Demand as LMS and have received Xerte files to upload. The upload in CSOD fails because of the names of certain files in the package. The difference between the files are capital letters and CSOD can't cope with this. Is there a workaround possible? Error in attachement.

Thanks

Wouter

Hi
I think you have two options:
1. Ask whoever authored the projects to remove unused/duplicate media or rename and re-export.
2. Extract the zip and check the xml for exactly which of the files is linked and remove the one that isn’t.

Hi,

As far as I can see, these are the (automatically generated) thumbnail files generated by Xerte. I am surprised that these contain names that only differ in case.

I'll have a look at that, and also will make sure that in a future version of Xerte, the thumbnails will not be exported into the .zip package.

As a workaround, you can savely delete one of the files from the zip.
