Project empty in Edit & Preview but still plays

Hello all

(I'm posting here first, but I will also check with our team in charge of the Xerte install to see if there are any issues there.)

A user has reported that a project she created yesterday can be viewed from the hyperlink and is intact, but when she goes to Edit or Preview the project, there are no pages. I have confirmed this from the Site Administration end: the project id is the same on the Edit and Preview urls and on the working hyperlink, but the former show that the project has no pages.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
