Is there a time limit for XOT editor?

Hello,

We have users reported that XOT stops saving without prior notice. They have to republish constantly and check if it is still working with the Preview function. Sometimes if they don't save it, they lose their work.

I wonder if there is a time limit for the XOT editor action if users do not actively do anything on it? I suppose it automatically disconnected from the server, so user's content did not save on the server. Is there a setting in XOT package or our server that I can check and change it?

The only thing I can think of is a session time-out. That depends on your server settings. We don't do any timeouts in Xerte itself.

Yep, I got the same problem so now and then. After a half hour break I lost the next half hour work. The preview works fine... After logout and login its all working great again.
