Issue with Hotspot Image: Optional Properties Not Working Simultaneously

I am experiencing an issue with the Hotspot Image functionality. When I add multiple options from the Optional Properties (e.g., sound, image, and destination page), only one of them works at a time.

For example:

If I add a sound and an image, only the sound is functional.
Similarly, if I include a destination page, the sound and image do not work.
This limitation significantly impacts the interactivity I’m trying to create. Could you please clarify if this is a known issue or if there is a workaround?

assuming you mean the Hotpot Image Connector page rather than the Hotspot Image page and this isn't a bug or a known issue it's the way it has always worked e.g. if you add a destination page then clicking the hotspot will jump straight to that destination.
If you want to display an image and play a sound and have a link to somewhere else then use the Text option and add your connect and links via the editor toolbar,

No that isn't accurate.
There are two different page types:
Interactivity > Hotspot Image doesn't have those options at all.
Connectors > Hotspot Image Connector does have those options but as I have already said if you want the click to automatically navigate then think about it that's all that can really happen. There isn't currently anything to say display an image for 5 seconds then play an audio then automatically navigate.
Remove the destination option and use the text option to combine those things.

in the example you shared in the forum training.mitchellmedia.co.uk/xot/play.php?template_id=449#page1 did you use the Text page or Connectors > Hotspot Image Connector Image page to achieve this action? I would like to create something similar. Thank you!
