Gaining access to the online toolkit as a individual

I am currently looking to access xerte to create a project. Is it possible to create and access the tool as an individual without a hub?

not quite sure what you mean by a hub?
We have a getting started page on our website at xerte.org.uk/index.php/en/getting-started but typically there are a few different ways that individuals use Xerte
1. Via an installation provided by their organisation/employer
2. Via a local web server on their personal computer using something like xampp to run a local web server
3. An online installation installed on their own web server
4. An online installation installed on external hosting
5. An individual account (paid for annually) on a shared installation on external hosting

Options 2-4 typically require technical knowledge e.g. installation, and maintenance
If option 5 sounds like it might be suitable I run such a service and you can use the contact link in my sig to share details of what you require etc.
