Hi Everyone, I recently signed up for Xerte with my university details and also with my business account and I can't seem to login in using either set of details. Has anyone had this issue? Not sure what I can do as there is no phone support. Would appreciate any help you can offer.

signing up to the forums here on xerte.org.uk does not provide access to a Xerte installation. Is that what you mean?
However your university has it's own installation (that I remotely support) and I've referred your question to one of the internal staff to make contact with you who I'm sure will be in touch shortly.
