How install xerte in windows 10?

after download a new xertetoolkits_3.10.zip and install on my PC. in the fianl stage, it comes up with this maessage

Sorry, the attempt to connect to MySQL on the host 127.0.0.1 has failed using account admin.
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function errorInfo() on bool in C:\xampp.8.0.9\htdocs\xerte\setup\page_password.php:37 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in C:\xampp.8.0.9\htdocs\xerte\setup\page_password.php on line 37

I don't know what's wrong with it?

Hi
If this is default xampp then the default mysql username is usually root not admin. Also by default the password is unset/empty but you will know if you changed that.
Read the set up screens carefully - you are asked for the mysql credentials separately from whatever you want the xerte admin account to be.

I have another problem come up, when start MySQL on Xampp. Normally, It is fime, but now it happens like this.

That is not really a Xerte issue, so I don't know. There are too many variables.

However, as a start, could you start a cmd as admin, and then run the following command:

netstat -nab

Could you send us the output?

I think I can manage it now. However, when I install Xerte 3.10 successfully in host, but I can change from private to public. I can do when I install xerte 3.10 on home PC.
why does it happen?
