Working with math in xerte

Im a noob in xerte but making progress. In Moodle doing math I just write $3/4$ but it dosent seem to work. Eny ideas, Im would really like my math to look good. I van make a scrom to moodle and do the mathtyping there, but I it would better here.

ahh solved it $$\sqrt{16}$$ perfect

Or using the Sigma icon (on the toolbar of the editor)
