LDAP - Give Project

We have a setup where the users authenticate through LDAP, when I go to 'Give the project' to another users they don't show up. Has anyone else come across this issue?

They have to have logged into Xerte at least once before they will show as users e.g. when they first visit their account is created.

thanks Ron, that's what we thought but they've definitely logged in, we get some users, but not the ones we're looking for wondering if there's something we're missing like a restriction on the number of users if will find.

Check the Xerte database or via the management page to see if their accounts exist in Xerte?

I don't think Xerte imposes a limit on the ldap query and if they are successfully logging in it must be finding them. Actually I did an installation at a University recently and seem to recall an issue with ldap and reverted to a slightly earlier revision of the code. So you might need try that if the accounts aren't being created.
