problem extracting 3.14_xot_nottingham_nl-NL

After installing xerte 3.14 I want to extract 3.14_xot_nottingham_nl-NL, but I get the next problem from my localhost:

PHP reports the following error - installation of language definition failed:
No valid language definition found in the file!

After refreshing the download, the problem still exists.

How to solve the problem?

Hi Ronald,

What are you trying to do? You should download the latest language pack from the community website and install that via the management.php page.

It's been a while since we last spoke.
I do indeed want to import the Dutch language module into a new installation, but I keep getting an error message, the same with Flemish, for example. I downloaded the latest version several times. If I open the zip file, copy the contents, and paste it into the locale languages, xerte does work in Dutch, but that's not the way to do it.
Uploading a learning object to be imported also doesn't work. The button seems to work but keeps spinning indefinitely, without any result. Attached is the error message from Firefox.
I read somewhere that the current Windows 365 might cause problems with the combination of xampp and xerte, but I´m not for sure.

Hallo Tom,
I've switched back to xampp-windows-x64-8.2.0-0-VS16 with xertetoolkits_3.12, and so far everything works as usual, including importing the language module and importing learning objects.
I have no idea what caused the problems. Just to be clear, it's a local installation.
