Please Help I can't get into my account

I did a reinstall because I wanted to set the error to true so I coud catch a problem. but now I can no longer log on to the toolkin and I can't access any of ny files and al the files that were created are no longer accessable I did export the database that is on the server before i did the setup. should I restore that database to lthe server and weill that fix the problem. I am reallly worried because now students ccan't access any of those LO's.
